Thank You for Making Me a Fighter!

How does it feel to be rejected? Well, I say rejections are essential part of our lives that make us rethink, reevaluate, recharge our batteries but in the end make us much stronger and better as people.

I recently came across a book on Amazon.com after reading its review on USA Today. (I know I know... you would say that USA Today is meant to be written for elementary level readers, but I have to say that they do have excellent book reviews)

The book is called "Other People's Rejection Letters: Relationship Enders, Career Killers, and 150 Letters You'll Be Glad You Didn't Receive"

It shows some of the worst and best rejection letters people have received that include some of the most successful people. It's definitely next on my reading list.

I've been learning one of the greatest life lessons so far this year, and what I realized is that I am a much stronger person than I thought I was. Learning from my mistakes and getting even more motivated and not discouraged from rejections is definitely shaping me to be a better professional and a person.

I want to dedicate this particular blog to my friends out there who are struggling with either their career or personal life. Remember that getting rejected from a job or a person is not the end of the world and that it doesn't lower your value but rather, it's their loss. Hold on to your inner strength and remember to never lose your self-confidence.

Hey Mr. Rejection - Thank you for making me a fighter! I will keep moving forward and you can't stop me, EVER!

L.O.V.E.
